Fit Plans and Space Plans are the first step in the development of a floor plan after determining programming and needs for the space. The purpose is to produce a high-level floor plan for approval by the client so that the Construction Documents stage can be executed quickly based upon a pre-approved floor plan.
When you update a space, you have to upgrade any facilities to meet requirements set forth by the Americans With Disabilities Act (ADA). This can be daunting and confusing, but TECTA Associates has the expertise to make these upgrades for you quickly and easily.
