Brownstones are timeless treasures and when neglected, they call out for restoration. This Brooklyn residence, cherished by one family for two generations, was entrusted to a proactive client and TECTA to restore it to its former grandeur.
Spanning three stories over a basement, the residence was meticulously stripped, cleaned, and reimagined as a refined contemporary home. Brick and window restorations, along with a deep respect for the original infrastructure, were central to the process.
