In 2022, Graham Street Realty acquired numerous buildings that needed repositioning. As part of this effort, TECTA worked with ownership to revitalize and enhance the aesthetic appeal of the building’s facade and to explore capturing additional usable space in the entry.
This aging wood-sided medical and office building underwent a modern transformation to enhance both aesthetics and function. Alongside a refreshed facade, the project delivered key ADA upgrades and a revitalized courtyard.
The design introduced sleek glass paired with natural wood accents, while vertical wood slats helped mitigate heat gain. Integrated signage improved wayfinding, and a newly landscaped, pedestrian-friendly courtyard now offers a welcoming space for outdoor gatherings and relaxation, fostering a stronger connection to the environment.
