TECTA Associates partnered with ownership to enhance tenant appeal through thoughtful, flexible design. Informal seating was integrated throughout, beginning with the lobby, where custom light panels featuring Mt. Tamalpais and built-in bench seating with power create an inviting breakout space.
Recognizing tenants’ shifting space needs, a shared conference center was introduced, offering larger meeting facilities without occupying tenant suites. Sophisticated yet warm materials—such as an ombré-patterned rug and wood ceiling slats—ensure comfort for extended use. A bright, powered seating niche adjacent to the conference area provides a quiet spot for calls.
Outdoors, the refreshed courtyard serves as an additional informal gathering space, encouraging use of the on-site café for lunch or casual meetings.
