TECTA led the master planning and design of a gas station and three quick-service restaurants in Tracy, focusing on functionality, accessibility, and cohesive aesthetics. The layout optimizes traffic flow and enhances customer convenience, while vibrant materials and modern finishes unify the site’s architecture.
Working closely with engineering consultants, TECTA guided the project through Planning Commission and City Council approvals—earning commendation from city officials for a well-executed and successful entitlement process.
